Here are the (many) photos of our week away in Caloundra. What a great holiday!
The first few days were very windy. We did get out to the park and the rock pools, but not for very long.
We celebrated Charlotte’s birthday with a donut cake. Happy birthday to our favorite Aunty Charly!
We spent a lot of time at the beach. My boys were mostly interested in building sand castles, but did actually get in the water one of the days we were there.
Owen was very cute. He’d run out to the waters edge and then race the waves back in. He loved it.
We were also within walking distance of these cool water fountains, the rock pools, and this free outdoor pool.
And Owen loves watermelon.
On the way home, we stopped by the Glass House Mountains and did a quick walk and enjoyed the beautiful scenery before heading back home. What a great week!

What a fun holiday. We love Caloundra too and stayed across the road from the water park/pool one year.
Looks like you guys had a blast. Did you end up getting a beach sun shade? I still can't get over how cute and big your kids are! Just FYI there is 95% chance that we are moving back to Utah either the end of April or begining of May. I would like to make a quick trip up to visit you guys before we leave!! How does that sound?
